At Homeowise, your privacy and the security of your health data are our top priorities. This policy outlines how we handle your information.
1. Information We Collect
- Identity Data: Full name, email address, phone number, and gender provided during registration.
- Health Data: Symptoms, medical history, and case details you enter for analysis.
- Professional Data: Medical licenses and IDs for doctor/student verification.
- Payment Data: Handled securely by Razorpay; we do not store your credit card or bank details.
2. Use of AI (Google Gemini)
We use Google's Gemini AI to analyze your symptoms. Your symptom descriptions are sent to the AI service, but they are processed anonymized where possible. Google's privacy policies also apply to data handled by their models.
3. Data Sharing
- With Doctors: If you request a review, your full case history is shared with the assigned verified doctor.
- With Students: Once a case is "Reviewed", it is added to our anonymized case library for student study. All personally identifiable information (PII) like names and emails is hidden from students.
4. Data Security
We use Firebase's secure cloud infrastructure to store your data. All communication is encrypted via SSL. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated case history at any time.
