Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Pro Subscriptions (₹499/mo)

Payments for the Homeowise Pro subscription are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Single Consultation Reviews (₹199)

Consultation fees are paid for the expert time of a homeopathic doctor. Once a doctor has been assigned to your case and the review process has started, the fee is non-refundable. If a case is not claimed by a doctor within 72 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.

3. Medicine Orders

Since homeopathic medicines are personalized healthcare items, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.

4. Payouts for Doctors

Doctors earn a commission per case reviewed. Payouts are processed on a weekly basis. Reversals or chargebacks from patients may lead to an adjustment in the doctor's balance.
