1. Delivery of Digital Services
- AI Analysis: Delivered instantly within the app after symptom submission.
- Doctor Review: For Pro or paid consultations, the final prescription is typically delivered to your dashboard within 24-48 hours.
2. Physical Medicine Shipping
Homeowise offers the convenience of delivering prescribed medicines directly to your doorstep (currently available in India only).
- Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the prescription being finalized.
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days for major cities; 5-7 days for other regions.
- Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹500. Free shipping on orders above ₹500.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be provided via SMS and updated on your Case Details page.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship physical medicines internationally. Digital services (AI analysis and consultations) are available globally.
